Are you ready to try your hand at watercolor brush calligraphy? Let me be your guide as we walk through the foundational technique of this beautiful art form.

 

In this ONLINE class, students will learn the basic strokes and pressure patterns of brush calligraphy. We will focus primarily on building muscle memory and perfecting strokes. As we move into learning the lowercase alphabet, we will incorporate basic watercolor techniques to create unique and interesting letterforms.

 

By the end of the class, each student will have completed an 8 x 10 art print featuring the phrase "celebrate beauty". Students will also receive a BONUS tutorial in watercolor florals to add extra detail to the final project.
