An Intro to Watercolor Illustration

-WORKSHOP -

Over the past 16 months, It has been an absolute joy to capture nearly 200 beautiful stories of home through watercolor illustration - personalized, heirloom art that celebrates the places you cherish most.

So what better way to deepen the significance of home than to invite you along in the process?

I am so excited to invite you this unique, completely personalized workshop experience where you will not only gain an understanding of watercolor technique but will also complete your very own illustration of home.

Saturday, March 14th from 9-11am

Cafeteria in The Village Shops

Prior to the workshop, each participant will submit a photo of the home, venue, or other architectural space they desire to illustrate. The ink sketch will be prepared in advance, so the time spent together will focus primarily on painting . We will cover the basics of watercolor technique - everything from color mixing, blending and lifting techniques, and learning how to master this tricky medium.

Along with the final painting, each participant will walk away with a complete introductory watercolor kit complete with all my favorites - a portable paint palette filled with my tried and true artist grade paints, my favorite pen for illustration, a paint brush, and many other surprises!

If you haven't yet tried Cafeteria, you are in for a treat! Included with the price of each ticket is a delicious brunch to enjoy while you paint.

Price per ticket is $165.

In order to protect the personalized nature of this workshop, seats will be very limited. After payment is submitted using the form below, I will reach out to coordinate your home/venue reference photo. Due to the amount of preparation work done in advance, refunds cannot be issued.

Please use the form below to register for the workshop. I can't wait to see you there!

don't miss a thing.
